June Gloom | Favourites

Having so much go on in my life lately I felt like I needed a little pick me up, having a little shop I thought I would make a few cheeky purchases which have become my monthly favourites.

1| Paul Smith - Floral £12
I remember using this perfume when I was 12 and thinking it was amazing, when shopping recently I spotted it in the perfume shop for £12 and needing a fresh and summery perfume for the day I was quick to buy. I love this just to top up throughout the day and for £12 its a bargain.

2| Mac - Studio Fix Fluid - £21.50
I badly needed a new foundation that would last me all day and give me the perfect finish. Having tried Mac foundations before I could never get the perfect match for my skin tone and every make up artist always colour matched me to such warm pigments. I was recently in Meadowhall and decided to try a different Mac store to my usual one and I was matched up to the colour C3.5. I never heard this colour before so was excited to try, luckily it is the perfect match and this has become one of my favourite foundations to wear.

3| Aztec Print Necklace - £1.59
I seen on Instagram somebody had put this necklace up and mentioned it only cost £1.59 from eBay. As I love bold necklaces it was such a good bargain, I couldn't resist (Hurray for eBay!)
This came from Hong Kong and took around 3 weeks to come. This is perfect for the summer!

4| Essie & Sally Hansen Nail polish - £3.99 & £1.00
I absolutely adore these nail polishes, this beautiful Essie nail polish is from a shop called 'Xtras' in south Yorkshire. Priced at £3.99 I was happy to buy! they also have a website so you can buy these goodies online! The beautiful blue colour was from Poundland and I always get compliments when wearing it.

5| Este Lauder Double wear - £28.50
This has to be my ultimate favourite foundation. It has lasted me so long and it gives the most amazing finish to your skin. The colour is two shades darker but I love this when I have a tan, makes my skin look flawless and bronzed.

6| MAC Studio Fix powder - £24.50
Originally I bought this as a foundation after hearing good reviews, but It honestly did not work for me at first , leaving it to sit in the draw for quite a while I decided to root it out and give it a second chance. Instead of using this as a foundation or powder I have been using it as a Bronzer/eye shadow and now I love it. The perfect size as a compact and I get double use out of the product woo hoo!

7| NYC High Definition Mascara - £2.99
This is the best mascara I have ever purchased. I was after a cheap fix when I was in a rush one day and happened to come across this, the packaging was what caught my eye but when I tried it, I couldn't be more than happier. It is the perfect length for me, I don't feel like I need too much on my eyes now to make them stand out and I hardly ever wear false eyelashes. Try this if you see it, you wont be disappointed!

  1. Maybe you got the darker shade match for Mac Studio Fix powder but I'm glad you found a new use for it! ;)
